Police book two miscreants for ATM fraud

Gunga police have booked two miscreants, for allegedly exchanging the ATM card of the victim and withdrew Rs 40,000 from his bank account; victim has gone to withdraw money from ATM.

The victim Tulsiram had gone to an ATM where he tried to withdraw money and when he was at ATM two miscreants came and duped him by exchanging ATM card.

According to the police, the victim stated in his police complaint that on February 12  he had visited an ATM booth located at Dupadia trisection and during this two youth came and provided details of ATM withdrawal and asked him to insert the ATM card and password. After some time the victim left the ATM and later received message of withdrawal of Rs 40000 and after which he realized that one of the accused took the victim's card and handed it over to the victim during which they exchanged ATM card.

Police have registered a case against the two miscreants and would investigate based on the CCTV footages of the ATM in which the two are spotted. The victim is farmer and had gone for some work during which he was duped.
