The Punjab National Bank is organising various activities as part of the vigilance awareness week being observed from Oct 26. Various events including online quizzes, webinars on vigilance awareness, poster competition and others are being organized during this week.
The Dehradun west circle office of the bank organised a poster competition at the Hindu national inter college. The bank’s manager Dipti Bisht informed all the students about the vigilance awareness week and its importance. A total of 24 students from class IX to XII participated in the competition.
Earlier, a walkathon was also organised by the Dehradun east circle office. Circle head YS Rajput said "Development of the nation takes place when individuals and organisations are vigilant in safeguarding integrity as a core value."
He also emphasized that the vigilance awareness week is a good initiative by the CVC as it helps in promoting the importance of transparency and accountability.
