The Kasiga School celebrated its 14th annual day function with enthusiasm and Covid protocols.Central Board of Secondary Education, Dehradun regional officer Jai Prakash Chaturvedi was the chief guest accompanied by school chairman Ramesh Batta on the occasion. Various song and dance performances were staged by the students.
The chief guest also released the school’s yearbook.The school’s achievements, innovative practices, actions and results were read out by the head of school, Rajput Surinder Singh in the annual report which was followed by an award ceremony to felicitate students for their performances in academics, art and culture. Pacific House was awarded the Cultural Cup while Everest House won the Academic Cup.
An Indian dance drama depicting Nature’s resilience to resurrect itself from man’s destructive actions was also appreciated by the gathering.
