ESL Steel Limited, a Vedanta Group Company has won the coveted ‘Greentech Effective Safety Culture Award-2021’ in the Metals and Mining Industry category for the second consecutive year for continuous improvements in building a safety culture at the shop floors.
The acknowledgment comes after ESL’s effective use of technology, digitalization, and innovations, coupled with the leadership of its senior management that effectively mitigates critical risks at the site, informed an ESL’s PR Official.

The evaluation for the award was based on data and document review followed by a presentation to the jury members comprising distinguished industry professionals and prominent retired government officials.
