One Covid-19 patient was found during the relaunched Covid test at Dhanbad Railway station for passengers coming from different destinations especially or passengers coming from Southern States and Maharashtra on Thursday.
Dhanbad additional district magistrate Ram Narayan Ram said, “Around 600 to 700 hundred passengers coming from Southern states like Kerela and Maharashtra are to be checked every day till further instructions from state health department”.
All standard protocols are to be maintained during the drive. All passengers are to be checked at station premises,he added. All arrangements in cooperation with the district health department and railways have been completed for the drive, he said.
The patient, who has come from Alleppey express has been admitted to Covid hospital at Cathlab premises of SNMMCH here.
