Two Sub- Inspectors of crime branch have been suspended in negligence of handling black marketing of Remdesivir injection case; accused were left after they were caught on April 18 last month, in further enquiry action against more policemen would be done.
The two Sub Inspectors MD Ahirwar and Hari Kishan have been suspended after nexus of black marketing of Remdesivir injection was busted when three accused were nabbed by Kolar Police.
During the investigation police found that the nexus was unearthed on April 18 last month but accused managed to get release with the help of policemen and which was revealed during the investigation by Kolar police.
Akarsh Saxena and one of his aides were nabbed by crime branch in connection with black marketing of Remdesivir injection.
It is possible that more policemen involved in the release of the accused could feel the burnt in the further enquiry which is under process.
Meanwhile, action under NSA has been taken against three accused nabbed by Kolar police in connection of black marketing Remdesivir on Sunday.
The three nabbed accused Akarsh Saxena, Dileep Saluja and Ankit Saluja have been booked under NSA after orders were issued by District Collector.
Intensive search is been conducted for absconding accused Aakash Dubey who is the main accused and used to work with JK hospital. After Dubey was found involved in the nexus allegations of his shielding in the case were made, he still manages to remain absconding.
