Class XII students pass with flying colours

Students of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in Dehradun, Nainital and Roorkee passed Class XII examinations with flying colours.

In Dehradun, science stream students of The Asian School, Kavya Jain and Naman Chaudhary scored 98 per cent besides the students of humanities stream Himani Jaiswal and Ishana Karki who scored the same percentage. Total 32 students of The Asian School have scored over 95 per cent in class XII board exam this year. More than 100 students of Delhi Public School (DPS) of Dehradun also scored above 90 per cent in class 12. Shashwat Chadha with 99.4 per cent in the commerce stream, Jhanvi Sharma with 98.6 per cent in the humanities stream and Shagun Mittal with 98.4 per cent in science stream are among the students who scored highest in DPS.

Moreover, 42 students of Doon International School (DIS) also scored over 90 per cent in the class XII board exams. Students who topped in their respective streams in DIS are Kanaksha Kataria with 97.4 per cent in humanities, Vibhuti Haldar and Siddharth Chauhan with 94.8 per cent each in the science stream and Dev Maheshwari with 95 per cent in the commerce stream.

In Roorkee, Neelanjana Pant, a student of commerce stream from Delhi Public School scored 97.6 per cent and science stream student Kanak Sharma scored 97.4 per cent. A total of 33 students of Anand Swaroop Arya Saraswati Vidya Mandir school also scored over 90 per cent. Siddhant Kumar Kashyap of science stream scored 96.4 per cent, Khushi Rathi of commerce stream scored 94.6 per cent and Arun Panwar scored 92.2 per cent in humanities. A total of 34 students of Army Public School in Roorkee also scored above 90 per cent in the exams.  In Nainital, the students of Birla Vidya Mandir, Rajat Agrawal, Bhavesh Kothari and Priyansh Parsai scored 97.6, 97.2 and 96.6 per cent respectively and topped the school. Pravneet Kaur of Mohan Lal Shah Bal Vidhya Mandir also topped her school with 98.2 per cent. Divyanshu Tiwari of Amtul Public School also scored 96.4 per cent and topped his school.
