10-bed emergency ward inaugurated at CCL hospital

Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Central Coalfields Limited, PM Prasad and Director (Tech/Oprns), VK Srivastava and Chief Vigilance Officer, SK Sinha inaugurated  Emergency Medical Unit (EMU) at Central Hospital Gandhinagar, Gandhinagar Colony of the State Capital on Saturday.

CMS CCL Dr DKL Chowhan along with CMS Gandhinagar, Dr Ratnesh Jain and other doctors were present  to grace the occasion.

The emergency ward will be a 10 bedded facility with advanced facilities like Operation Theatre and others. Each bed will have an advanced support system with direct oxygen supply to the needy patients.

Speaking on the occasion Prasad said that the company is committed to improve the facility for the stakeholders including employees.

CCL Gandhinagar hospital has been at the forefront in the fight against Covid-19 with over 1700 patients successfully treated, he added.
