Jsimple LLC, a US-based company in Artificial Intelligence HR space, appoints Karnika Bansal as a Business Head for its global operations. Jsimple envisions expanding the rollout of attrition prediction add-ons to the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) in India and internationally.
Karnika will be responsible for overseeing operations of the company, building strategic partnerships to drive growth and profitability, cultivating a high-performing and agile team culture and branding of the company in India and the US. She brings positive energy and experience to the company with sound decision-making, marketing and communication skills, operational effectiveness and acumen for driving swift business growth. Karnika will be working directly with the CEO, Jag Singh and will have offices in North Haven, Connecticut, US and Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
