Mo Bus service to Pipili from tomorrow

The Capital Region Urban Transport (CRUT) would start a new route of Mo Bus on Tuesday. The new route No.33 would connect the Bhubaneswar railway station to Pipili covering a total stretch of 24.8 km.

“Our expert committee has decided on this route based on the need and demand of people. Mo Bus would link citizens and tourists alike to the applique town,” said CRUT General Manager Dipti Mahapatro.

A total of four buses would ply on this route having 33 bus stops. While the first bus would leave from Master Canteen at 7 am, the last bus would be available at 5.50 pm. Similarly, first bus would leave from Pipili at 7.45 am and the last bus at 7 pm.

“In the present scenario, the buses will ply only during the peak hours between 7 am and 12 pm and then between 3 pm and 7 pm at a frequency of 40 minutes. On the inauguration day only one bus would ply and regular service would start Wednesday onwards,” informed Mahapatro.

She informed that maximum fare would be Rs 30. Wearing of mask is compulsory; and no standing passenger would be allowed.
