Haryana Chief Secretary Vijai Vardhan on Friday directed all the Head of Departments to ensure 100 per cent implementation of the Business Reform Action Plan (BRAP) by December 31, this year.
The Chief Secretary further instructed the Departments which are in process of developing separate software to carry out other necessary activities have also been instructed to complete it soon.
Vardhan was presiding over the meeting to review the progress of implementation of the State Business Reform Action Plan (S-BRAP) and District Business Reform Action Plan (DBRAP) in Chandigarh.
The Chief Secretary directed the officers to ensure that all departments work in coordination so that all services are rendered through the online mode within the stipulated time.
For this, the departments should notify their pending services under Right to Service. To ensure timely implementation of the BRAP the Chief Secretary directed the Administrative Secretaries to review the progress of the Action Plan.
Vardhan also said that there was a need for improvement on various aspects of the Action Plan and the concerned officers should ensure its completion on priority basis. It came to light during the meeting that under the Business Reform Action Plan by the Central Government, 213 points are to be implemented at the district level and 301 points are to be implemented at the state level. He further added that 62 per cent of the Business Reform Action Point has been implemented at the state level and 52 per cent at the district level, he added.
