Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), Bhubaneswar Branch Chairman and former Director General of Police (DGP) Sarat Chandra Misra has been selected to get the prestigious Paul H Appleby Award.
This award is given to selected IIPA regional officers for their creativeness, efficiency and achievements each year. The President gives away the award at a special programme organised by IIPA New Delhi.
