Pithampur Nagar Palika CMO Gajendra Singh Baghel examined the service road and welcome gate which is under construction at the entry point of Pithampur tehsil. The construction cost of the welcome gate is around rs 40 lakhs and the service road under construction is around rs 1 crore.
The service road is located adjacent to the Mhow Ghatabillod fourlane and it will start from the Pithamur entrance point to Chatrachhaya colony Pithampur. Engineer Pithampur Nagar Palika Nilesh Pancholi explained about the ongoing work to the CMO Baghel. A police person of Pithampur police station was also present during the inspection who discussed about the proper operation of traffic on the service roads after the construction is over and to identify and remove the accident black spot on the road if it comes at any point.
The construction of the service road will add to the safety of thousands of people and will be very helpful for the people of several colonies and industries as they will use this road for their daily movement instead of four lane road.
