A 17-year-old youth died while other youth sustained severe injuries after  their bike was hit by a speeding tractor at Narsinghgarh road under Berasia police station area on Thursday.

Police said that two injured youths were rushed to a hospital where one of them was declared dead, youths were on their way to Narsinghgarh they were hit by a tractor in Berasia.

The deceased was identified as Akshat Sharma and other youth was identified as his cousin. The two have gone to Narsinghgarh for some work and when they were returning their bike was hit by a speeding tractor which the driver left and escaped from the spot.

After the accident Akshat run died on the spot while his cousin was rushed to hospital and escaped with injuries. After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem.The deceased was a resident of Ganjbasoda. The police have registered a case under section 304 A of the IPC and started further investigation. Police started to search for the errant vehicle driver.

Meanwhile a 27-year-old man who had sustained burn injuries on Ocotober 22  succumbed to injuries while undergoing treatment at hospital on Thursday his wife was also injured in the incident is undergoing treatment; deceased got injured at her house at Patanjali Parisar under Gandhi Nagar police station area.

According to the police, the deceased Manish Mehar sustained burn injuries at his house while trying to change pipe of LPG cylinder.

After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem and a case under section 174 of the CrPC was registered. The condition of the deceased deteriorated on Wednesday and he died on Thursday. Police said that wife of the deceased who tried to save her husband got injured and is undergoing treatment.
