Sunday, 13 December 2020 | Pradeep Saxena | Aligarh

The toll-free movement of farmers started today in protest of the three farm laws. To make the movement successful, the officials of the organization made certain strategies based on which today they made free Gabbana and Madarak toll plazas falling in the border of the district from 10 a.m to 5 p.m.

Here, a team of workers of the Indian Farmers Union Harpal Gut participated in the Palwal-Delhi border jam of Shiv Kumar Kakka, president of the National Farmers Labor Federation, with 5 tractors. While the other team has jammed the Madarak toll plaza. Here, a large number of police forces have been deployed at both the tolls since Friday for the farmer’s protest. The SDM Kol and Joint Magistrate inspected the Madarak toll plaza and reviewed the security arrangements.

Gabbana toll plaza was made free by the workers under the leadership of Gabbhana President Krishna Thakur and that of Madarak, under the leadership of District President Bablu Pradhan.

Provincial-level officials also visited both places. National General Secretary Prem Pal Singh also joined the workers on the Madarak toll. Here, Bharatiya Kisan Union Kisan Sena officials made Gabbhana toll plaza free under the leadership of state secretary Mohammad Shami, while Mandal president Jitendra Yadav is protesting at Madarak toll plaza. If the government does not agree even after this agitation, the toll plazas of the entire country will be closed on 14 December. Here, National President of Bhartiya Kisan Union Harpal Group Harpal Singh said that the Madarak toll was made toll free under the leadership of Sasni president Shripal Singh.

Chandra Bhushan Singh, District Magistrate said that the Kol and Gabbana SDM has been instructed to monitor the farmer’s movement and to monitor the Gabbhana toll and Madarak toll plazas. Deployed force as needed. Due to any kind of movement, common people should not be grappled with trouble.
