Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has further extended the date for filing of refund from the P.A.C.L Limited by July 31. Earlier, the last date was on April 30, 2019. The date has been extended on the request of investors.
Director, Institutional Finance, Chhattisgarh stated in all the Janpad Panchayat of state, free facility centre is operational for filing of refund through online. The investors can submit the application free of cost. Based on Justice Lodha Committee’s recommendation, the PACL Limited investors are being returned their investment for which they have to file the application online.
Government of Chhattisgarh has been facilitating the investors by opening free online application filing facilities in 146 Janpad Panchayats. Government has urged the investors to file their claims within the specified period.
The application is available on website http:\sebipaclrefund.co.in. It can be filed in both English and Hindi. The necessary documents required are PACL issued certificate or receipt, PACL registration number, Pan Card, cancelled cheque or certified bank letter, mobile number, bank details of investor having IFSC code, name of bank, Bank account number and type of account and bank verification letter as specified in the website.
