The Master Plan of the 37 industrial areas located in the State was approved in the meeting of Jharkhand Industrial Area Development Authority chaired by Chief Minister Raghubar Das here on Wednesday. It was also decided that priority will be given to the unit operating in the said industrial areas in case of available land. Notice for one time settlement will be issued for dysfunctional units. A Leather Park in Dhanbad and Pharma Park at Bareh, Ranchi was also approved. During the meeting the CM said that more and more people get jobs from small industries. He asked the officials to increase the facilities in all industrial areas and complete the process of establishing industry in a time bound manner. He asked them to move more and more companies into industrial areas of the Santhal Pargana. This will facilitate rapid development there.
The Chief Minister asked officials to hold meetings with entrepreneurs from time to time to solve their problem.
Principle Secretary to Chief Minister Sunil Kumar Barnwal, Energy Secretary Vandana Dadel, Revenue and Land reforms Secretary KK Soan, Industry Secretary K Ravikumar, Independent Director Udaybhan Narayan Singh and Satendra Kumar, Secretary of JIADA Sunil Kumar were present in the meeting.
