Haryana CM targets Hooda on caste based politics

Friday, 10 May 2019 | PNS | Rohtak

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal on Thursday targeted former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda for his caste based politics and accused him of burning the state for his political interests.

Addressing a Vijay Sankalp Rally here, the stronghold of Hooda family, Manohar Lal said that some people are out to malign the politics of Haryana.

Referring to Hooda and his son Deepender, Manohar Lal said that the people of Haryana will never tolerate the dominance of father-son duo. They not only put the central Haryana on fire due to their caste based politics but have poisoned the society with casteism, he said adding that in politics and development of Haryana, caste would not be allowed to come.

These people are responsible for the burning of Haryana especially the districts of Jhajjar, Sonipat, Jind and Rohtak. They destroyed the social fabric which prevailed in these areas, he added.

He lashed out at Hooda for the corruption in the recruitments and claimed that during the BJP regime in the state, 64,000 jobs were given without any corruption. If even a single person has given bribe he should come forward and it will be ensured that money paid is recovered, he added.

Making a veiled attack at Chautala family, the Chief Minister further said that whenever a dispute arose on property and wealth within the family, new parties were formed by the disgruntled. Now the dynastic regime has ended and the BJP is committed to provide transparent and corruption free administration, he added.
