The Xavier Institute of Managemen, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) achieved exemplary placement under its “Xuberance 18” in different streams of MBA courses, i.e, Business Management (BM) and Human Resource Management (HR) for its 30th batch of 2016-18.
As many as 361 students from BM stream participated in the campus drive of which 358 were placed and three of results are awaited. About 105 companies including 56 new companied recruited the students with an average package of Rs 12.91 lakh per annum. The highest domestic salary is Rs 23.50 lakh per annum.
While in HR stream 123 students participated in the campus drive of which 110 got placed in about 53 companies and process is still being conducted for the remaining student.
The average salary of the drive is Rs 11.88 lakh per annum and the highest domestic salary is Rs 20.84 lakh per annum.
