Doon admin declares circle rates of various areas

Dehradun district administration has declared circle rates of various areas in the district on Monday. Dehradun district magistrate SA Murugesan said that the State Government has recently fixed circle rate for Dehradun and other districts of the State.

Under the special provision of evaluation limit, the non- agricultural land limit in the rural areas has been decreased from 2000 square metres to 500 metres. The non- agriculture land limit on the outer side of rural areas has been deceased from 2000 square metres to 1000 square metres. The rate of flat construction has been reduced from Rs 15000 per square meters to Rs 12000 per square metres.

 The rate of linter construction has been decreased from Rs 15000 per square metres to Rs 12000 per square meters. The rate of tin-shed construction has been deceased from Rs  12000 per square metres to Rs  1000 per square metres.

 He said that the areas where the circle rate has been increased by 20 per cent are- Kuthal Gate to Mussoorie Main Road; Rikholi -Mussoorie Bypass Road, Jakhan- Johri Road and Diversion Road to Sinala Johri-Anarwala Road besides  Majara, Brahamanwala and Niranjanpur among others. 

 Areas where the circle rate has been hiked by 17 per cent included Rest Camp  and Chandarnagar. 

 The areas where the circle rate has been increased by 13 per cent included International, Kempty falls Road (Mussoorie to Chakrata), Municipality limit Mussoorie, Hathipao, Park Everest, George Everest and Dudhli municipality area. The areas which have seen circle rate increased by 11 per cent include Jabar area to Municipality, Chakrata Road, Kempty road and Bheelandu. 

The areas where circle rate has been hiked by nine per cent include landaur Anupam Hotel, Bhandari Niwas, Chardukan to Sinkwali Kothi and Sink Wali koti to laltibba.

The areas where the circle rate has been increased by seven percent include Mussoorie model crossing to Radha Bhawan, Mussoorie main bhawan to Mancottage, ladhoda house, Chandhal Garhi, library chowk to Motilal Nehru road and Kala School. 

The areas where the circle rate has been increased by six percent include Rajpur Road, Karanpur Khas and Khera, Mansingh wala, Saharanpur Road, lalpul to Mahant Indresh hospital, Dehrakhas, Kargi Chowk, Saharanpur Raod to Subhash Nagar Chowk to Indira Nagar colony, Vasant Vihar, Mohit Nagar, library Chowk to Mall Road Kulri bazaar, Chakrata Road, Mussoorie International School to Polo Ground and Srinagar estate.

The areas where the circle rate has been increased by four percent include Rajpur Road to Mussoorie Bypass to Sai temple, Canal Road, Kath Bangla, Diversion Road, Mussoorie Bypass to Malsi Deer Park, lakshmi Park, Jain Colony, Race Course and Municipal Road.

The areas where two per cent circle rate has been increased include Haridwar Road, Prince Chowk to Rispana bridge, New Cantt Road to Cantt Seema and New Survey Road.
