Every procedure has been explained beautifully in this book including the technical parameters of EVM. We are rigorously working to conduct a fair election and break the record of West Bengal for having 80 percent consistency of voting and this book will present the true picture of the election system” said Vikas Narwal, Joint Chief Electoral Officer.
