Astroturf | The precision of Horary Astrology

Picking up threads from the previous issue, be it known that eclipses throw light on future happenings in mundane matters — polity trends, and other happenings affecting common masses. In this respect, astrological charts drawn with reference to the capital city of the country/state during eclipse time serve as the pointers. Even in personal terms, if ever the planetary alignment during eclipse is in close proximity with those in an individual’s chart, they point to important happenings, both good and bad, depending on the nature of planet. Study data covering more than a century bears testimony to the above fact.

Astrology is accordingly premised on this correspondence between planetary motions and an individual’s run of life. In astrology’s scheme of working, the map of heaven (planetary placements) at birth time is drawn with reference to the place of birth. This serves as referral chart, which reflects upon the Karmic imprints carried over from the past birth. These imprints reflect the way one’s mind is inherently framed — desire trends, virtues and attributes, habit trends. Remember, mind is the prime-mover of a being, which first defines one’s functional mandate and then drives one’s conduct.

It may not be out of place to mention here that how a desire trend, followed by corresponding thoughts, evolves in mind can’t be read in quantifiable terms. But planetary motions are measurable. Based on their progressive trends, the nature of thought movements, and effects thereto can be read with a fair amount of precision. Evidently, progression of planetary motions is accounted with birth time serving as a referral point. But given the fact that there remains continuum in time, if an astrological chart is drawn at a particular moment, seeded in it will be imprints of the doings in the past, which will sprout in the emerging times.  Therefore, it could very well reflect upon how things are expected to work out in emerging times. Horary astrology works on this very premise. Mind it; there is a chance that the time of one’s birth has not been recorded precisely as it stands.  Evidently, the reading of such charts may at times prove to be off the track. But the moment when horary chart is drawn carries no scope of error. And experience suggests that findings of horary charts, if worked upon properly, offer results with a fair amount of precision,

A look into the working of the horary chart of the person concerned, which eventually came true precisely as predicted bears testimony to the above facts. The number 247 he quoted referred to 24 degrees 06 minutes and 40 seconds in the Pisces sign. Its sub-lord Rahu occupies the lunar constellation owned by Moon, placed in the 10th house identified with position of public eminence. So, the questioner’s query is very well reflected. Rahu occupies the sign owned by Venus. So, by its sign position, Rahu serves as the agent of Venus, and by its nakshatra placement represents Moon, which was over the head when the chart was drawn. Venus occupies the 6th house identified with success over adversary.

The Sun, identified with present incumbent is placed adverse to its planet of limitation Rahu, and therefore, is devoid of strength. The 10th lord Jupiter exchanges sign with Moon in the 10th house. The 10th sub-lord Mars, identified with the present incumbent, is in debility, and being conjunct Jupiter, is involved in latter’s exchange with Moon. All put together implies a change of guard.

On top of that, Rahu the 11th sub-lord, identified with fulfilment of desires, has linkage to 2nd house (gains) by its house placement; 6th house (as agent of sign-lord Venus occupying 6th house); and 10th house (through placement of its stellar lord Moon there itself). All put together promises fulfilment of the querist’s desire.

In terms of time frame, the planets signifying the 2nd, 6th, 10th, and 11th houses relevant to the fruition of event were identified as the Sun, Rahu, Saturn, Jupiter, Venus, Moon, Mercury and Mars. The ruling planets at the moment of working appeared to be the Sun, Rahu, Mars, Saturn, and Jupiter.  So, the common determinants, in order of strength were The Sun, Rahu, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn. Beginning July 29th 2003, transit Saturn and Jupiter, both extended their aspect on the 10th house of the horary chart, thus lending strength to fruition of the person’s desire. In dasha sequence, he ran major period of the Sun, the sub-period of Rahu, the sub-sub of Rahu, and sub-sub-sub of Mars on 3rd August 2003, when he regained power.

The issue continues.
