In a high-level meeting held at the Mantralaya on Monday, 14 separate committees of Ministers and senior officials constituted on various subjects to prepare a roadmap of all round development of the State and gave a presentation of their recommendations on the direction of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. The Chief Minister said that the roadmap of all round development will be entrusted to the citizens.
Chouhan directed to plan out strategies and work plans on the roadmap prepared by all related departments and begin working on it. He issued instructions to implement recommendations of committees which will not result in any financial burden on the government with immediate effect. He instructed to present proposals based on the recommendations to make changes in the policies for consideration in the Cabinet.
Committees formed for a garbage-free Madhya Pradesh, quality education, power in every house, doubling of agricultural income, gauvansh sanrakshan, General Poor Category Welfare, Terrorism-free Madhya Pradesh, Corruption-free Madhya Pradesh, Poverty-free Madhya Pradesh, ease-of-doing business, Scheduled Caste, Tribe and Nomadic Caste Welfare, pure drinking water in every house gave their own presentations. Cabinet members, Chief Secretary BP Singh, Director General of Police Rishi Kumar Shukla and senior officials were present at the meeting.
