The Narasinghpur Sahitya Sansad observed its annual function on Sunday at the Ananta Narayan High School with lok Sevak Mandal national secretary and the Samaja publisher Niranjan Ratha inaugurating the function as chief guest.
President of Saila Srikshetra Sishu Sahitya Sansad of Angul Sitaram Mishra and Odisha Sahitya Akademi Member Manoranjan Nanda attended as chief speaker and guest of honour, respectively. Narasinghpur Sahitya Sansad president Tapan Kumar Mishra presided over the meeting.
A magazine ‘Unmesh’ was unveiled on the occasion. The guests were felicitated by the organisers. Sansad’s secretary Saradananda Dash read out its annual report while organising secretary introduced the guests. Dr Gokulananda Pattnaik offered a vote of thanks. The meeting was followed with grand cultural programmes by local artists.
