Rashtriya Janta Dal (RJD) chief lalu Prasad appeared in Special CBI Court of Justice Shivapal Singh on Monday in connection with fodder scam cases.
The Court on Monday cancelled bail-bond from ex-Animal Husbandry Minister of Bihar Vidyasagar Nishad and Supplier Rajaram Prasad and issued warrant against them after they failed to make their presence in Court.
However, the Court recalled cancellation of their bail-bonds later on the day after their counsels succeeded in convincing the Court that both were absent due to bad health.
Ex-Chief Minister of Bihar Jagannath Mishra also appeared in the Court on Monday. The Court meanwhile has given next date on November 2 for Yadav to remain physically present in the Court in case no RC38A/96 registered in Dumka in connection with fodder scam. The Court has also asked 20 other accused in the case on next date. Notably, Yadav had appealed in High Court to transfer the case in some other Court, only the appeal to be dismissed by the High Court.
