The Bhopal Branch of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has organised a Batch of DISA (Diploma in Information System Audit) Certificate Course for CA members.

The program has been inaugurated by CA Anup Shrivastava, Chairman of the Bhopal Branch. He briefed the CA participants about DISA Certificate Course programme.

CA Abhishek Gupta, Vice Chairman of Bhopal branch has explained the details of Course curriculum and inform the participants about the examination.

CA Zuber Ullah Khan Secretary of the branch has conducted the inaugural session. CA Atul Gupta of Indore, faculty of First session is also present in the opening ceremony.

The 10-day programme will continue till December 24 in Bhopal.

The classes are conducted on Saturdays and Sundays only.

The venue of the program is Atishay Hotel. About 50 CA participants have registered for the DISA Certificate Course. It has been emphasized that this DISA Certificate Course is very important for CAs for conducting Information System Audit.

In the present era of Digitisation, Autonomisation and technological advancement of Information Technology the role of Information System Auditors is very important.

Information System Audit is applicable in Banks, Companies, Factories, Shopping Malls, Tolls Plazas and every where the computers are used.

During these 10 days the participants will get knowledge about IT Assurance Services, IS Audit process, Business Continuity Planning, Protection of Information Assets, Database Management and more.
