A massive fire broke out at a market-cum residential place in Burrbazar area of Kolkata on Monday night, police said adding the fire first started at 3, Amratalla lane and had spread to adjacent houses when reports last came in.
The fire was first located around 10 pm, State Fire Brigade Minister and Kolkata Mayor Sobhan Chatterjee said.
