The era of revival

Among the countless ways to decorate our homes, the classic style is certainly one of the most appreciated approaches. Classic furniture is timeless and fills the environment with its compactness, does relive the warmth of a time and at the same time is a sign of prestige and sophistication.

A British furniture brand, known for its classic designs launched its first store in India.

Occupying two floors of the four-storey Tarun Vadehra Interiors showroom, the store has brought British heritage alive with a modern energy in the furniture and home accessories.

Walking into the new gallery feels like stepping into a different world. Queens’s guards welcomed us into the gallery; we could see rose petals on every step we took as the party got into full swing.

Surrounded by dramatic chandeliers hanging from rope nooses, the store is a medley of classic and modern British culture.

“New Delhi has this incredible blend of rich heritage with modern vibrancy, it’s that contrast of tradition with innovation that’s also reflected in our designs. New Delhi’s been evolving over recent years, people today live a much more global lifestyle and want to come home to somewhere that inspires them, where they can relax and connect with family and friends. It's those ideas that are really at the heart of our collections”, said Timothy Oulton who was in the capital for the launch of his brand.
