The ISKCON, Bhubaneswar observed Giri Gobardhan Puja with much pump and gaiety at Atala in Jagannathpur of Balianta block in Khordha district on Monday.
A preparatory meeting among the ISKCON devotees had recently been held and the devotees were instructed to bring Prasad for the Puja.
The devotees brought Prasad and the Puja was started with Bhajan and Kirtan. An Abhishek of Giriraj was held on the occasion. Prasad, flower and chandan were offered to the cows at the Gosala.
Arati and Parikrama were started at 11.30 am. Prasad was distributed to about 2,000
people.
