With a view to effectively implement the State Business Reforms Action Plan-2016 for promoting 'Ease of Doing Business’, Haryana Government has introduced automated computerised allocation of inspectors on the online application, seeking approval of the building plan and issuance of occupation certificate.
The state Urban local Bodies Minister, Kavita Jain on Friday said that request for approval of the building plan and issuance of occupation certificate by the municipalities, where more than one inspector is posted, would be forwarded automatically by the system to the inspector other than the one who entered the credentials in the application form.
She said that the Government had already intimated all municipalities regarding the changes made in the online application for everything, including approval of the building plan, issuance of occupation certificate, change of land use, issuance of fire No Objection Certificate (NOC) and approval of fire-fighting scheme.
Jain said that online services had already been linked with the single window developed and maintained by the Industries Department where investors could apply for these services.
Instructions in this regard have been issued to all commissioners of municipal corporations, executive officers and secretaries of municipal councils and municipal committees, she added.
