My sexuality is no big deal: Jess Glynne

Singer Jess Glynne insists her sexuality is no "big thing" as her family and friends are "cool" with her dating men or women.

The 26-year-old singer has had relationships with men and women and came out as bisexual last year when she revealed a failed lesbian relationship was the inspiration for many of the songs on her debut album “I Cry When I laugh”.

However, Glynne doesn't want a label to be put on her sexuality and insists people shouldn't care what is happening in her private life, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

In an interview with Fabulous magazine, she said: "For me it's not even a thing, I just get on with it and I am what I am and I just don't think it's a big thing.

"I think the more you make of something, the more it becomes a thing and these days, people don't really care. I don't see why they should care. My family and my friends are all really cool and I never have to justify who I am to anybody.

"I'm content with whoever it is that I choose to be with. Be that a man or a woman. Whatever. That's exactly how my family and friends take anything, that's how they are. So we're all the same."
