Unidentified miscreants looted cash and jewelries from a couple on board the Tamilnadu Express in Agra in the intervening night on Thursday. According to reports, Ram Kumar Agrawal along with his wife was traveling by the train in coach number HA I. Around 2 am on Friday, when the train reached near Farah railway station, four miscreants stormed the coach.
They whipped out pistols and trained at the couple forcing them to part gold chain, gold rings, bangles, mangalsutra and cash. “They kept up held on gunpoint while waiting the train to reach near the Farah railway station. After the trained reached there, one of them pulled the chain to stop the train and then all of them alighted and disappeared in the dark outside the train,” the victim told to police. He lodged a case in this connection with the Government Railway Police Cant. The police registered a case of loot and are investigating the case.
