One of the ambitious projects of Raipur Development Authority (RDA) Town Development Scheme-1 ‘Indraprastha Raipura’ would take shape very soon.The sale of 271 plots in the second phase ‘Indraprastha Phase-2’ which was launched by Chief Minister Raman Singh last year would begin soon, officials informed.
The infrastructure development in Indraprastha Phase-2 has been commenced sprawling over an area of about 130 acres. This project would cost Rs115 crore and Union Bank of India has already sanctioned loan of Rs75 crore for the project, officials said. In the meeting of RDA Board of Directors, offset price for residential, educational, health and mixed use plots were accepted for Indraprastha Phase-2. The final rates of plots would be decided after floating out of tenders for sample plots on average rates. The meeting was chaired by RDA Chairman SS Bajaj and CEO Amit Kataria.
The Board has fixed offset price at the rate of Rs1,480 for residential plots, Rs2,072 for commercial, Rs370 for educational and Rs1,184 for health related facilities. Offset price of mixed use plots facing Ring road has been fixed Rs3,034 while that in inner side is Rs2072.CEO Amit Kataria informed that for selling of plots in Kamal Vihar, RDA has appointed five agents and very soon five more agents would be appointed.The agents appointed include Majeet Singh Bhamra, Bhojraj Sahu, Shashank Singh, Chandrakant Bavaria and Rajesh Gidwani. The agents would get one per cent commission on sale of plots.
