The Adarsh Vidyalaya, Tatibandh held an oath taking ceremony of conferring the authority and responsibility to the Senior office-bearers here.

The ceremony began with the unfurling of the school flag  by the Principal of the school Anil Pillai followed by singing of the school anthem, a press release issued by the school here stated. 

Badges were later awarded to the school cadets by the Principal , Vice Principal  and the teachers.

The Head Boy of the school Karandeep Singh along with house captains hoisted the cultural as well as the house flags along with the parade. The Students Council took the oath to hold the motto of loyalty, Truth and Honour in high esteem.

The Principal congratulated all the cadets and delivered a motivational speech emphasizing on the true meaning for the leadership.

He stressed on the need to become more focussed in their goals and to inculcate leadership quality to become a better person in  life.

The Vice Principal of the school enlightened the students by her valuable words and reminded them that this position comes  with the responsibility towards themselves and towards the school and peers .

 She advised them to take up their duties sincerely and full commitment. The office-bearers of Raipur Kerala Samajam congratulated the students for their wonderful success as the school cadets for the session 2015-2016.

They told that “A good leader is someone who leads the team to a common goal.”

The programme was concluded with singing of the national anthem.
