Hindi Divas, Samman Samaroh held at BHEl

Hindi Divas and Samman Samaroh’ was organised on Monday at BHEl, Bhopal with great zeal and fervour. On this occasion Manoj Shrivastava, Principal Secretary, Commercial Taxes, Culture and Religious Trust was present as the Chief Guest while Gyan Chaturvedi was present as the special guest.

Shashi Ranjan Prasad, Executive Director, BHEl, Bhopal presided over the programme and Sarvesh Chaturvedi, General Manager, HR welcomed the guest.

Shrivastava throwing light on various experiences of his personal life said that development of Hindi is possible only when it is pursued through meditation, not as a medium.

He said that today English is used not to reveal information but to conceal them. language is which we inherit from mother’s milk.

Europe could spread its wings of development, when the language of the land was given prime importance.

In India real development will take place, only when technical teachings will be made to be imparted in Hindi, added Shrivastava.

Speaking on the occasion, Chaturvedi said that whatever minor differences lies in the promotion of Hindi, it is because the promotion and propagation of the language has been turned into a duty.

Prasad addressing the gathering congratulated them on completion of the 50 glorious years of BHEl Corporation.

He said that we have to come forward and deliver quality products as demanded by our customers for successful operations of the company.  He further congratulated the departments for using Hindi in drawing and other technical areas.

Earlier, Sarvesh Chaturvedi welcoming the guest said that in addition to technical expertise of the employees of BHEl, the employees also have skills in doing their work in Hindi. 

In the technical category Ka & Kha- HGE and HlE Divison won the First prize. In the non-technical category A and B-HRM and Communication Division won the First prize.
