Summer cultural festival titled as ‘Goljyu Grishmotsav’ is all set to begin in Champawat from Saturday.
The Champawat district administration and the municipal council, Champawat, are jointly organising the summer cultural festival. Apart from students from different schools of the district, artists from various cultural groups from the State and other parts of the country including Rajasthan, Mathura, Kasganj to name a few, will present cultural programmes in this fair which will continue till June 2.
At the same time to make the fair more attractive, different Government departments will also put up their stalls at the summer cultural event site at the Gauralchaur Ground in Champawat. Besides, as the district employment exchange department is also going to set up its stall at this event, so unemployed youths may also get their names enrolled with the said department, said the officials concerned of the Champawat district administration.
