While elaborating further he said, "Well, characters like ACP Pradyuman, Daya, Abhijeet, Dr Sarukhe, Tarika and Fedrix have made a special place among the hearts of the viewers, which gives me immense pleasure when I think about it. The whole cast and crew of CID is like a family for me. Now whenever we shoot for any episode, it is always like a celebration for us."

While talking about the crime series, Singh said, "Well it is really difficult to write a script for a crime series. It becomes really hard as such series has a criminal mind with really very devil thoughts, facts to disclose the crime and much more and most importantly a different concept each time. It takes a lot of hardwork to narrate a story which is interesting as well as gives a message too."
