Delhiites can expect a similar weather condition over the weekend with duststorm and rains likely to stay in the Capital. Weather Department officials said intermittent rains will keep the weather humid with temperature expected to hover around 40°C to 42°C mark. The maximum temperature is likely to be recorded at 42°C while the minimum will remain the same at 29°C. The MeT Department has also predicted bad air quality in the city for the next three days. System of Air quality Forecasting And Research (SAFAR), a constituent of Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology, said the air quality was found “poor” following the storm. The MeT Department attributed the stormy conditions to western disturbance over Pakistan.
