Sanskar Bharti organised a rangoli and mehandi creation competition on Sunday for the kids and youths of Hazaribagh in the premises of Hindu High School.
More than 200 participants took part in these competitions and got the appreciation of spectators who visited the premises in large numbers throughout the day. The competition was inaugurated by Chief Guest Dr. lalita Rana and Guest of Honour Sobha Sahay by lighting the lamp and garlanding on the picture of goddess Saraswati. In their addresses both praised the attempt of local unit of Sanskar Bharti and said that these type of programs attaches our youth with our culture.
In the evening the winners were felicitated. In rangoli under 11 year age group Rupali, Kajal, Priya and Swati and upto 17 years Nisha, Pinki, Sonika and Neha were declared first to fourth. Similarly in mehandi under 11 years Manisha, Tanishque, Rupali and Mahiya and upto 17 years Puja Sinha, Puja Kumari, Sonali and Pinki got the prizes.
