With the notion of keeping memories of leaders killed in Darbha Ghati massacre alive, Chhattisgarh Congress Committee has decided to celebrate the birthday and martyrdom of VC Shukla, Nand Kumar Patel, Mahendra Karma and Uday Mudliyar at every district headquarters every year.
This was decided in a meeting of Congress party held at party headquarters recently. To mark the occasion a programme would be held at every district headquarters in which tributes would be paid to the leaders after remembering the contributions made towards development of State.
