The first air show of the Indian Air Force (AIF) will be held in the state of Jharkhand. The air show will be performed by the Suryakiran team on April 19 and April 20 at the proposed Khoja Toli Army Ground in Ranchi.
Before the main event of the air show, its full dress rehearsal will also be organized on April 17, 2025 before the main event of the air show. Regarding its preparation, the Indian Air Force officials shared information related to the activities to be held in the air show and its preparation with Deputy Commissioner Ranchi, Manjunath Bhajantri.
Jharkhand's first air show will be organized in Ranchi. On Friday, a team of the Indian Air Force met Bhajantri in his office room.
The team from the Indian Air Force had a detailed discussion with the Deputy Commissioner about the air show to be performed by the Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team in Ranchi.
The Deputy Commissioner assured the team of the Air Force that all possible assistance will be provided by the district administration. The district administration also assured the Air Force team of all kinds of administrative preparations, extensive publicity related to the air show, technical support etc.
Wing Commander PK Singh and Squadron Leader Walia from the Indian Air Force and senior officials of the district were present in the meeting.
