Ujjivan SFB rolls out premium ‘Ivory’ plan for emerging affluent segment
Ujjivan Small Finance Bank (Ujjivan SFB) on Tuesday announced the launch of Ivory, a banking programme tailored for India’s mass affluent segment. The offering combines personalised financial services with lifestyle privileges and zero-fee banking options on key services and transactions.
Developed after extensive consumer research, Ivory aims to cater to customers seeking financial solutions that align with their lifestyle aspirations. The programme offers enhanced digital banking features, global access and curated experiences such as entertainment and dining benefits.
As part of the membership, customers gain access to hospitality privileges through Club Marriott, which provides dining and stay benefits across more than 350 Marriott properties in the Asia Pacific region. Members also receive a premium metal debit card with airport lounge access, global acceptance and higher transaction limits.
Other lifestyle benefits include an annual OTT subscription, quarterly BookMyShow vouchers and reward points redeemable across premium lifestyle and retail brands. Each member is also assigned a dedicated relationship manager for personalised financial planning and support. “Today’s emerging mass affluent segment continues to face barriers in accessing quality banking services.
Many encounter high balance requirements, inconsistent service delivery and generic reward programs that don’t align with their lifestyles,” said Hitendra Jha, Head of Retail Liabilities – TASC and TPP, Ujjivan SFB. The bank said the launch of Ivory reinforces its focus on expanding retail banking while building long-term customer relationships based on trust and enhanced service experience.
