Three terrorists killed in J&K

A top commanders of the Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) was among three terrorists neutralised by a joint team of security forces in Kishtwar district on Sunday without suffering any collateral damage.This is the first anti-terrorist operation during the ongoing month of Ramadan and the third successful anti-terrorist operation in the Jammu region since January 1, 2026. So far, seven terrorists belonging to the JeM have been neutralised by the security forces in the region. According to ground reports, after pinning down the terrorists inside a mud house, security forces blasted the house to neutralise them. Charred bodies of the terrorists and three AK-47 rifles were recovered from the encounter site.As per preliminary assessments made by security agencies, one of the deceased is believed to be Saifullah, a notorious JeM commander.
