Speaker hails 12 years of PM leadership

Delhi Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta on Sunday attended a Sanskritik Sandhya held at Sanvariya Seth Tent in Sector 10, Rohini.
The event was organised to mark twelve years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, during which he said the past twelve years have redefined the scale and pace of India’s development while placing public welfare at the centre of governance.
The event was also attended by Union Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs Tokhan Sahu, Delhi Mayor Pravesh Wahi, and Lok Sabha MP Yogender Chandolia. Public representatives, social organisations, and residents from across the Rohini Assembly Constituency participated in the programme.
Gupta described the twelve-year period as marked by decisive governance, rapid infrastructure development, digital transformation, expanded social welfare initiatives, and a renewed emphasis on inclusive growth.
He said the government’s commitment to transparency, efficient service delivery, and citizen-centric policymaking has strengthened public trust while accelerating India’s journey toward becoming a developed nation.
The Sanskritik Sandhya featured devotional bhajans celebrating India’s civilisational heritage and artistic traditions, bringing together people from diverse sections of society.
