Dabur accelerates digital transformation with strategic global capability Centers

Dabur India Ltd has announced the establishment and expansion of strategic Global Capability Centers (GCCs) to strengthen its digital transformation journey and build a future-ready, globally integrated enterprise.

The IT GCC will serve as a strategic hub driving enterprise technology, data, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, analytics, Generative AI and business transformation initiatives. Complementing this, the Digital Marketing GCC will leverage AI, data, automation and advanced MarTech capabilities to enhance consumer engagement, marketing effectiveness and ROI. “Creating these GCCs is about building a more agile, intelligent and consumer-centric organisation that can scale innovation and remain future-ready,” said Dabur Global CEO Mohit Malhotra.

Global CIO Manas Mehra said the GCCs will combine technology, data and creativity to drive efficiency, and consumer engagement.
