Kamal Model School honours students selected for IITs

The Kamal Model Senior Secondary School, Mohan Garden, has felicitated the students who have secured admission to the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), along with other meritorious students.

Renowned litterateur Dr Vinod Babbar, school chairman Dr Ved Tandon, principal Dr Vandana Tandon and former Deputy Director SK Saraswat presented them with awards at an event attended by parents and marked by a vibrant cultural programme.

Tandon said that the students were being rewarded with Rs 11,000 each for their outstanding academic performance. The prize money will be transferred directly to their bank accounts.

Dr Tandon said that two school students, Divyansh Ojha and Hardik Nautiyal, have secured admission to IIT Roorkee, while Rachit Fanin has been selected for IIT Delhi.
