Social media influencer Shahzad Bhatti became a major security concern for India

Pakistan-based social media personality Shahzad Bhatti has come under the radar of Indian security agencies over alleged links to terror-related activities and radicalisation networks.
Once known for creating online content and building a strong social media following, Bhatti is now accused of being involved in recruiting vulnerable youth through digital platforms and connecting them with criminal and extremist networks.
According to investigators, several recent arrests made by the Delhi Police Special Cell and other agencies are linked to individuals allegedly connected to Bhatti’s network.
Authorities claim the group used platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube to identify and influence young people by offering money, online fame, and opportunities abroad.
Weapons, ammunition, and other suspicious materials were reportedly recovered during recent operations.
Security agencies are also examining Bhatti’s alleged connections with Pakistan’s intelligence network and a group called Tehreek-e-Taliban Hindustan (TTH).
Officials say investigations are ongoing across multiple states as agencies work to dismantle suspected recruitment and propaganda networks operating through social media.
