Goa CM, Bhupender Yadav discuss green initiatives

Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Monday met Union Minister for Environment, Forest and Climate Change Bhupender Yadav in New Delhi to discuss environmental initiatives in the coastal State.

The Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) released a photograph of the meeting, with a brief statement that Sawant held discussions with the Union Minister on various aspects of sustainable development and green growth in Goa.

While the CMO did not share further details of the meeting, sources said that the chief minister is on a two-day visit to the national Capital, his second in one week.
