9 ISI-Linked suspects arrested for alleged terror plot targeting Delhi, Mumbai

Delhi Police's Special Cell has arrested nine men allegedly linked to Pakistan's ISI and fugitive gangster Dawood Ibrahim for plotting attacks in Delhi and Mumbai. The accused, hailing from Delhi, Mumbai and Punjab, were reportedly planning to target key installations, security personnel and other sensitive locations.

Police recovered a large cache of weapons and ammunition during the operation. Investigators are probing cross-border links, funding networks and the involvement of overseas handlers. Security agencies remain on high alert as authorities continue to assess the wider terror conspiracy.
