A youth was allegedly shot by his neighbour over a parking issue in South Delhi's Neb Sarai on Sunday night. Police said the victim identified as Sagar, an auto-rickshaw driver, is currently undergoing treatment at Max hospital. Police also said the victom's neighbour identified as Tarun has been arrested.
The family of the victim, gathered outside the hospital to protest, as they allege that the hospital authorities asked for ` 3 lakh before starting to treat the patient. A senior police official said when the victim was returning from his relatives house in D block in Neb Sarai he was suddently shot by the accused in the stomach.
locals on hearing the victim’s scream gathered at the spot and took him to the nearby Saket Max hospital.
